Right of Return
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery. You must notify us by email or phone and tell us the reason for the return. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 7 days.
To register your return, simply contact info@lumoviastore.com. Our customer service team will process your return as soon as possible.

4. Get the purchase amount refunded to your account
A full refund will be made via the original payment method after we have received your return. If possible, items should be returned in their original condition and as undamaged as possible. The purchase amount will be refunded to you via the payment method you used. The purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account or other payment method within two working days.
Please note: Always contact our customer service before returning your order. Orders returned without prior contact cannot be refunded.
Hygiene articles
A list of hygiene articles that cannot be returned and are non-refundable (the list is not exhaustive): underwear, bikini, make-up, hair styling products, beauty products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and, for the safety of our customers, reject the return of beauty and health products.
Cancellation of orders
A cancellation of your order is only possible 5 minutes after placing the order. After 3 hours, our orders are stopped in processing and a cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

The return is always at the sender's risk; return costs are not refunded.
